We are now offering shipping on your purchases to any state in the U.S! Shipping Charges:

1-2 Bars - $5.95

3-6 Bars - $6.95

7+ Bars and/or sugar scrub will ship for a flat fee* of $8.95 (until shipping charges are exceeded)

Soap Kit - we will contact you with the actual shipping charge.

Larger orders - we will contact you with the actual shipping charge.

Shipping is via the USPS Priority mail service. Shipping takes 2-3 days to most destinations. We can ship to PO boxes and military addresses.

STORE POLICIES:

SHIPPING CHARGES: On larger orders the flat rate of $8.95* will be charged untiil the actual shipping charges are exceeded. We ship via the USPS Post Office. If your order is shipped and you fail to accept the package in a timely manner, (usually within 3 attempts at delivery) you will be responsible to pay additional shipping charges to have your order re-shipped. If you supply a wrong, or imcomplete address, additional shipping charges will also be incurred.

RETURNS: NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO REFUSALS. Due to the personal care aspect of our products, we cannot accept returns. We are happy to answer any questions you may have before ordering to insure your satisfaction when your package is delivered. If for some reason a situation were to arise in which we do authorize a return, please be aware that the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and there will be no refund for shipping charges incurred. Refused or returned shipments must be in unopened and undamaged condition.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If your package is recieved in damaged condition, refuse delivery, have the driver document the damage and retain a copy of the report. Notify us via email with DAMAGED SHIPMENT in the subject line immediately. We will NOT send a replacement order, if the damage is not immediately reported to the carrier and documented. All boxes, packaging materials and products must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim. The shipping carrier may need to inspect the damaged order. Failure to follow these procedures will result in a denial of yours and our claim.

PAYMENT: We will contact you via phone or e-mail with your order total and to make payment and delivery arrangements. At this time we only accept checks or money order for orders that are being shipped. Funds must be received before shipment is completed.

BACKORDERS: If you have ordered an item that is currently not in stock, we will contact you and give you a choice to either delay shipping or ship backordered item(s) at a later date.

RETURNED CHECKS:
$25.00 surcharge on all returned checks.

COD: COD is only available for local orders and deliveries.

SALES TAX: Unless we have a faxed copy of your Tax-Exempt Certification, all Georgia Residents will pay Georgia Sales Tax.
